Make room for Skin Peels on your skin care essential list… They’re already at the top of ours!
At DBouyage we have many types of Skin Peels and each one works in a unique and specialised way. The application process remains similar for each service we offer and during the treatment, you can expect your specialist to start by prepping your skin. They will protect your delicate areas, like your eyes and mouth before beginning to gently apply the solution, brushing it carefully across your face. It may feel slightly tingly and warm to begin with, but this will assure you that the natural ingredients – like the Lactic, Hyaluronic and Glycolic Acids – are all working to remove any impurities and toxins. All these ingredients are beneficial to the skin: the Lactic Acid works to treat Hyperpigmentation and age spots – anything that contributes to a dull or uneven complexion. Then, the Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHA) work together to soften any fine lines or wrinkles with its anti-ageing properties and the glycolic acid works to stimulate collagen production. All the elements contribute to boosting the firmness and elasticity of the skin to give you brilliant, natural looking results.
Once the treatment is complete, your practitioner will fully cleanse your skin, leaving no residue of the solution used, and then apply a formulated neutraliser. This ensures your skin is ready to then be moisturised. By using products that will complement your recent treatment, your specialist will protect your skin, soothing and hydrating the skin as they do. They will then recommend an aftercare routine, one personalised to your skin. This routine will including a cleanser, advanced B5, anti-oxidants and always – an SPF.
